of 30 Day Fitness & Diet Challenge complete!

Still going strong:) Have so far lost 1.5kg - so really happy with the progress; not feeling deprived at all as I’m am aiming daily to include healthy fats, fibre, carbs, calcium etc into my meal plans with the occasional (but healthy!) indulgence. 

Intake for today: 

Green tea

4 rice cakes w/ tuna, tomato & spring onion

Vegan pancakes w/ apple & glass of soy milk - really yummy & filling!

Zucchini boats w/ carrot, cabbage, tomato, beans, zucchini insides & lemon pepper seasoning. 

Green tea. 

1.5L water

Exercise: 45min run/walk.
